She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Ivie and Thittis Holmes Ivie; and her siblings, William Terrell Ivie, Bobby Joe Ivie, Larry Donald Ivie, Jerry Lynn Ivie, Shirley June Hawkins and Helen Frances Thompson.

She is survived by: her sons, Eric Moore (Ashley) of Murfreesboro, TN and Kyle Guhy of Milburn, KY; her close friend Leory Lamb; her sister Patsy Bogle; and her grandchildren, Cohen Moore, Elijah Moore, Kai Robertson, Kensley Kate Moore and Ellie Grace Moore.

In lieu of flowers. memorial contributions may be made to Kids Town, in care of The First Church of the Nazarene, 1200 West Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066.
