She is survived by: her children, Robbie Phillips (Sheila) of Mayfield, KY and Rachel Marler (Michael) of Mayfield, KY; and her siblings, Carolyn Nelson (Phillip) of Mayfield, KY, Linda Mohler (Wally) of Mayfield, KY, Christina Watts of Mayfield, KY and Tim Speed of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
