He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Burgie Elder; his children, Derrick Treas of Mayfield, KY, Dustin Treas of Mayfield, KY, Cacy Elder of Bardwell, KY, Cailley Elder of Fancy Farm, KY, Kadie Elder of Fancy Farm, KY and Nicki Thompson (Jarrod) of Mayfield, KY; and his sister Tracy Elder Curlin of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
