She is survived by: her children, Thomas Earl Ellison, Ashley Gough (Rodney) of Mayfield, KY and Emily Rose Ellison of Mayfield, KY; and her sister Jeanie Haley (Jamie) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren survive; several nieces & nephews.
