He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hale and Peggy Jackson Hale Baker. He is survived by: his wife Lori Wilson Hale of Mayfield; his stepdaughter Alicia Reesor of Mayfield; and his siblings, Timothy Hale of Cookville and April Crumble of Fancy Farm. He is also survived by two half-sisters from Wisconsin; one half-sister from Illinois; one half-brother from Illinois; 3 step-grandchildren.
