He was predeceased by: his brother David Lockard; and his parents, Jackie Lockard and Shirley Stowe Lockard. He is survived by: his daughter Jenee Lockard of Hickman, KY; and his sisters, Amy Hogg of Mayfield, KY and Mary Arnold of Union City, TN. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
