She was predeceased by: her husband David Owen; and her parents, Evelyn Davenport and Hershal A. Milligan. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Copeland (David) of Mayfield, KY and Bradley Owen (Lori) of Wingo, KY. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
