He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Womack; his children, Betty Goetz (Sean) of Clinton, KY and Robert O'Neal (Tina) of Dayton, OH; and his siblings, Bob O'Neal (Gloria) of Brea, CA, Richard O'Neal (Deanna) of Arlington, KY, Sue McNeely (Billy) of Titusville, FL, Jody Hill of Titusville, FL, Becky Murray of Orlando, FL and Mattie Vowell (Bobby) of South Fulton, TN. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
