He is survived by: his wife Shirley Higgins Stringer; his children, Tommy Blasa of Mayfield, KY and Tina Hensley (Jerry) of Sedalia, KY; and his siblings, Mike Stringer of St. Louis, MO and Molly Stringer of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
