It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Olbris Cook of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen Cook; her parents, Dwayne Olbris and Sarah Olbris of Elizabeth City, NC; her grandparents, Andy and Mary Stoll of Elizabeth City, NC; her sons, Daniel Cook of Mayfield, KY, Thomas Cook of Mayfield, KY, Stephen Cook of Mayfield, KY and Jonathan Cook of Mayfield, KY; and her siblings, A. J. Olbris of Guam, Hannah Hoffman (Casey) of Jacksonville, FL and Maryruth Kundert (Matt) of Virginia Beach, VA..
