He is survived by: his children, Brittany Ann Reisner of Mayfield, KY and Brad Jacobs of Freeport, IL; his siblings, Linda, Susan and David Tayeh (Karen); and his grandchildren, Karly Christian, Christian Reisner and Brayleigh Jacobs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
