It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Kaye Ballinger of Mayfield, Kentucky, born in Fulton, Kentucky, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Atlee and Estelle Fortner (Dublin). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Wayne Ballinger; her daughters, Tina Ballinger of Hampton, VA and Kendra Williams of Hickman, KY; and her siblings, Betty Johnson of Dyer, TN and Tom Fortner of Trenton, TN. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
