Charlotte Louise Ramsey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Louise Ramsey of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ort and Virginia Ort; her daughter Rachel Spence; and her brother Kenneth Ort. She is survived by: her husband Larry Ramsey; her children, Mark Spence and Stephanie Shumaker; her stepdaughters, Candy Dixon, Christy Ramsey and April Ramsey; and her brother David Ort.
In lieu of flowers Charlotte requested donations be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
