Ms. Brooklynn Erin Gentry, age 26 of Mayfield, KY passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at her residence. She had worked as a CNA at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Metropolis, IL.

She is survived by her mother- Vanessa Kaye Chambers of Mayfield, KY; sister- Ali (Brendan) Wiley of Mayfield, KY; brother- Corey Gentry of Mayfield, KY; sister- Jessica Gentry of Bowling Green, KY; brother- Tyler (Allie) Gentry of Sturgis, KY; a daughter- Aadisyn Carlson of Mayfield, KY; cousin; Elizabeth LeGrande of Benton, KY; her maternal grandmother- Sharon Faye McCoy of Paducah, KY; her paternal grandmother- Barbara Gentry of Providence, KY; her Bonus Dad- Jason Harpole of Lowes, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father- Timothy Arden Gentry; brother- Jarron Gentry; her paternal grandfather- Arden Fay Gentry; maternal grandfather- Gary McCoy; and uncle- Robert E. Rich.

A Memorial Service for Brooklynn will be held at a later date. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of the arrangements.

A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at the Star Hope Cemetery in Providence, KY.
