He is survived by: his wife Jean Anne Hicks; his daughter Teresa Hughes; his granddaughter Lauren Ellison (Scott) of Mayfield; his sisters, Nellie Jo Cook (George Robert) of Sedalia and Helen Joy Humphreys of Belleville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Lucy and Stevie Rose.
