She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swatzell and Ann Holland Swatzell. She is survived by: her husband William E. Price, Jr. of Mayfield; her children, Chastidy Parks (David) of Springfield and James Price (Laura) of Mayfield; and her sister Marsha West of Mayfield. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
