She is survived by: her mother Melissa Hamilton of Martin, KY; her children, Keaton Del Slone and Kynlee Del Addison Slone; her grandmothers, Saundra Kilburn and Katie Dudley; her brother Tannon Keathley; her uncle Larry; her aunt Pat Dudleson; her niece Britlyn; and her nephew Chance Keathley. She is also survived by several cousins other family and friends.
