He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Carroll and Ellen Johnson Carroll; and his brothers, Tony Ray Carroll and James Daniel Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Regina Sue Garrett Carroll; his daughters, Toni Ward (Todd) of Martin, LaVonna Salyer (Tyler) of Martin and Betty Mullins (Paul); his brother Donald Garrett; and his grandchildren, Aliyah, Tianna, Reagan, Todd, Marley, Thomas, Taylynn, Bobby and PJ.
