She is survived by: her husband Eric Ousley; her children, Keith Ousley (Monica) of Fountain, Bradley Ousley of Martin, Stephanie Jarrell of Martin and Erica Shepherd (Chris) of Martin; her grandchildren, Toni Anne, Aaron, Megan, Evan, Brycen and Laken; and her siblings, Ricky Slone of Melvin and Janet Slone Reynold of Bevinsville. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
