He was predeceased by: his father Richard Timothy "Tim" Howard; his grandparents, Ray, Josephine Ellis Howard of Prestonsburg, KY, Charlie H. and Lucille Wells Patton; his aunt Judee Howard Carter; and his uncles, O. R. "Pete" Howard, James F. "Jimbo" Howard and John Mark Howard.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Patton Howard of Auxier, KY; his fiancée Amanda Blair; his fiancée's son Sean Jarrell; his children, Brenden Michael Howard and Aubree McKay Howard; the mother of his children Jennifer Henson Howard; his sister Stacia H. Slone (Ronald) of Auxier, KY; his niece Taylor M. "Kenzie" Slone; his nephew Rylan Chase Slone; his aunts, Charlene P. Muncy (Eugene) of Williamsport, KY and Peggy R. Howard of Prestonsburg; and his uncle Roger D. Patton of Decatur, AL.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
