He is survived by: his children, Ollie Campbell Jr. of Tram, Dalton Joseph Campbell of North Platt, Brian George Campbell of Martin, Kentucky, Rebecca Diana Marie Owens of Tram and Katrina Dawn Campbell of Martin, Kentucky; and his siblings, George Michael Campbell of Stanville, Jeffrey Eugene Campbell of Edmonton, James Edward Campbell of Edmonton, Tim Campbell of Edmonton and Lillie Michelle Rhineheart of Glascow, Kentucky.
