She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Blevins and Dorothy Nicley Blevins; and her siblings, Stevie Blevins, Bonnie Elson and Diane Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, James Young of Martin, Kentucky, Sherri Tripp of Martin and Dorothy Young (Amos Smith) of Stanville, Kentucky; her significant other Bill Hall of Martin; her siblings, Tommy Blevins of Ohio, Melvin Blevins of Ohio, Robbie Blevins of Kentucky and Dorothy Wolfe of Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher Blevins, Austin Blevins, Hayley Blevins, McKayla Blevins, Bonus and Amy Smith; and her great grandchild Host. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor's request for COVID-19 restrictions.
