He is survived by: his children, Kenny Bentley (Debbie) of Prestonsburg, KY and Brenda Ousley Bolen of Drift, KY; his siblings, Virgil Conn of Allen, KY and Susie Rickman of Munith, MI; his grandsons, Brett Bentley (Blair) and Kris Bentley; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Wylder and Carolina.
