She is survived by: her mother Avanelle Hubbard Johnson; her children, Phyllis Ousley Rice (Jack) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Danny Ousley (Glenda) of Prestonsburg and David Randall Ousley (Jennifer) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Rachael Ousley, LaDonna Gibson, David Lee Ousley, Shawn Ousley and Danielle Ousley; her great grandchildren, Austin Salyer, Savannah Rose Ousley, Abby Shepherd, Chase Hunt, Heidi Ousley, Taylor Ousley, Garrett Ousley, Haylee Ousley, Isabella Ousley and Along; her children, Grace Webber, Rebecca Beavers, Tom Jr. Johnson, Mack Johnson, Richard B. Johnson, Marvin Johnson, Luther Johnson, Harmon Johnson, Joe Johnson, John Edd Johnson and Bruce Johnson; and also Donnie Ousley (Becky).
