She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Hale of Royalton and Anothony Hale of Martin, Kentucky; her siblings, JT Thornsbury of David, Roy Thornsbury of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Phyllis Reffitt of Martin and Betty Conn of David, Kentucky; and her great grandchild Host. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
