He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Linkous Sheffield; his parents, Ken Sheffield (Cathy) of Morristown, TN and Karen Petrey Meadows of Johnson City, TN.; and his siblings, Kevin Sheffield (Christie) of Lenoir City, TN and Kim Sheffield Haney (Richard) of Elizabethton, TN.. He is also survived by many extended family members including nieces, a nephew, an aunt, cousins, friends and co-workers.
