She was predeceased by: her parent Beverly Conn; her husband Willis Dean Ousley; and her siblings, Roy Conn of Raymond Conn, Betty Conn, Anna Mae Crisp, Wanda Ratliff of Anna Conn and Mary Lou Hyden.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Ousley (Chrystal) of Martin, Donald Ousley (Brenda) of Martin, Kentucky, Sally Coleman (Burlin) of Pikeville and Ida Rector (Ricky) of Lancaster, Kentucky; and her siblings, Ray Conn, Janice Hackworth and Lori Adkins. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren & 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
