He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Collins Case; and his siblings, Adam Case, Odell Case, Edessell Case Jr., Ruth Case, Melinda Case, Melissa Case, Greta Case and Janette Case.
He is survived by: his father Edessell Case; his children, Ricky Case (Samantha) of Lake Wales, Florida. and April Turner (Paul) of Lake Wales, Florida.; his sister Saprina Johnson (Eddie) of Honaker Ky; and his grandchildren, Salene Case and Riddick Case.
