She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lee and Florence Miller Garrett; her husband Samuel May Leslie; and her brothers, Dallas Garrett, Gordon Garrett and Wonnie Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Leslie (Wilma) of Emma, Amos Leslie (Donna) of Emma, Kentucky and Muriel Conway (Jerry) of Omaha, Nebraska; her siblings, Joe B. Garrett of Toledo and Launa Collins (Dave) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Michael Leslie (Jennifer), Nathan Leslie (Catie), Karen Roesler (Travis), Adam Conway (Cari) and Kendra Quandt (James). She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
