He was predeceased by: his mother Virgie Bailey Patrick; and his sisters, Ruth Patrick and Eathel Stumbo. He is survived by: his son Timothy Douglas Patrick; his nephew Danny Stumbo of Martin, KY; and his great-niece Angela Baldwin.
