With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia M. Castle Crum of Martin, Kentucky, born in Drift, Kentucky, who passed away on July 18, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Cynthia departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Cynthia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cynthia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her mother Dolly Witt Crum; her husband William D. Crum; and her children, Michael Anthony Crum and Trena Dawn Crum Hotelling. She is survived by: her children, William Joseph Crum (Samantha) of Martin, Kentucky, Carmen Lynn Branham of Prestonsburg and Melesha Hunter (late Brian) of Martin, Kentucky; her son-in-law Roger Hotelling; and her brothers, Gary Dale Castle of Clintwood, Virginia. and Billy Ray Castle (Teresa) of Clintwood, Virginia.. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren & 1 Great Great Grandchildren.
