He was predeceased by: his parents, Sim Justice and Gracie Patton Justice; his wife Cassie Mae Justice; his son Chuckie E. Justice; and his siblings, Henry Justice, Sherrill Justice, Marlene Hayes and Marie Ward.

He is survived by: his daughter Tracy McKee (Brian) of Martin, Kentucky; his granddaughter Amanda Sterling (Brett) of Longmont, Colorado; and his siblings, Paul Justice (Wanda) of Allen, Jim Justice of Warsaw, Kenneth Justice of Allen, Jerry Justice of Prestonsburg and Elizabeth Jarrell of Dana, Kentucky..
