She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Yates and Dorothy Yates; her great grandchild Piper Ward; and her sister Karen Yates. She is survived by: her husband Jackie Gerard of Marion, KY; her children, Greg Gerard of Marion, KY and Pam Gerard Hart (Mike) of Alachua, FL; her siblings, Sandra Waters and Gary Yates; and her grandchildren, T. J. Ward of Charleston, SC and Kyle Ward of Marion, KY. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
