He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smith and Deborah Parker Smith; and his sister Amy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Herald Smith of Manchester; his children, Brittany Bush (Hunter) of Georgetown and Nick Smith of Manchester; his granddaughter Anslee Bush of Georgetown; and his sister Kimberly Bush of Manchester.
