He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Collins; his children, Tracy Lynn Smith (Shawn Smith) of Richmond and Franklin Collins, Jr. (Amberly Collins) of Manchester; his sister Joy Collins; and his grandchildren, Jacinda, Brittany, Madison, Albert, Wyatt, Trevor, Kane, Kamber, Daxton, Bentley and Gracelynn.
