He is survived by: his wife Shelby Napier Allen; his children, Pollyann Allen, Burt Allen (Pow), Kimberly Allen Kigar, Cindy White, Michael Webb (Kristin), Sheila Vogelberger (Peter) and Kevin Bowman; his grandchildren, David, Michael, Jackie (Brian), Kristopher (Kelsey), Shania (Jordan), Maegan (Kao), James Carl and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Mercy, Trinity, Jack, Brooklyn, Kolton, Kasen, Lucas and Ella; and his sisters, Ethel Grace Smith and Judy Catron.
