She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Williams and Annie Donaway Williams; her husband Oliver Wagers; and her brothers, Arthur Williams and Chester Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Hubbard (Charlie) of Manchester, KY., Rebecca Hubbard (Don) of Manchester, KY., Mary Sue Hubbard (John Henry) of Manchester, KY., Helen Wagers of Manchester, KY., Lisa Jones (Orville) of Manchester, KY. and David Wagers of Manchester, KY.; and her siblings, Tink Williams of Manchester, KY, Plow Williams of Manchester, KY, Harold Williams of Manchester, KY, Jimmy Williams of Manchester, KY, Mary Wagers of Manchester, KY, Amanda Wagers of Manchester, KY and Mona Smith of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
