He is survived by: his wife Patricia Staples Dye; his children, Brittney Highbaugh (Greg) of Upton, Justin Dye (Crystal) of Hodgenville and Cody Dye (Amanda) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Hunter Dye, Jaden Salsman, Autumn Dye, Greyson Dye, Bradley Highbaugh, Josh Pickerell (Angelina), Jesse Pickerell, Jadah Montgomery, Noah Rucker, Jonah Pickerell and Makenli Duvall; his siblings, Stormie Sidebottom (Tim) of Hodgenville, Indira (Robbie) and Antoni Dye of Iowa; his half-siblings, Trina Smith (Freddie) of Springfield, Carolina Dye of California, Sharlette Dye of Louisville, Wayne Tatum (Sheila) of Elizabethtown, Michael Tatum (Karen) of Shepherdsville and Harry Dye of Louisville; and his stepbrother John Persaud of Florida.
