He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Hayes; and his parents, Lillian Hayes and Dewey Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his sons, Mike (Shelia), Pat (Jerri Lynne) and Todd (Sonya); and his grandchildren, Travis (Mindy), Eric (Toni), Cody (April), Seth (Kellie), Josh (Samantha), Lauren (Sjon Paul) and Kristen (Ashwin). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
