He is survived by: his grandchildren, Colonious Thomas (C. C.) and Denika LaJoy Thomas of Indianapolis, IN; his great grandchildren, Malachi Thomas, Joshua Thomas, Caleb Thomas of Indianapolis, IN and Cameron Hurst of Madisonville, KY; his sister Ludella Grinstead of Madisonville, KY; his great-nieces, Candice White, Tiffany Wolfork and Gina White of Indianapolis, IN; his godson Brian Brown (Lawanna) of Indianapolis, IN; and his close friends, Joe Evans, Peyton Adams of Madisonville, KY and Adrienne White of Clarksville, TN. He is also survived by other relatives and caring friends.
