She was predeceased by: her husband Omar "Pappy" Lewis; her daughter Natalie Renee Stilt; her siblings, Larry Prues, Don Prues (Margie), Dick Prues, Bob Prues, Ralph Prues, Bill Prues (Judy), Marion Burnett and Dorothy Kamp (Dick); and her stepsons, Omar Lewis Jr. and Bobby Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Delfred Stilt II of Covington, Wernher Stilt (Cindy) of Melbourne, Fred Stilt (Barbara) of Longwood, Florida, Virginia Roberts (Steve) of Ludlow, Della Maria Lewis of Covington, Kathy Taylor (Cecil) of Morningview and Jaqueline Jennings of Indianapolis; her stepchildren, Gerald Lewis, Barry Lewis, Dennis Lewis, Willie Lewis, Daryl Lewis and Darlene Coldiron; and her friend Linda Mullins of Covington. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
