She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Lemker; and her siblings, Ben, Gene Horner and Janet Owens. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Lemker (Shay) of Ludlow, Dan Lemker (Amy) of Walton, Greg Lemker (Mary Lou) of Crestview Hills, Mike Lemker (Cathy) of Ft. Mitchell, Rob Lemker (Dottie) of Ludlow and Jack Lemker of Cold Spring; and her siblings, Richard Horner of Sharonville and Margie Combs of Montgomery. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sts. Boniface & James Church or St. Vincent de Paul, 2655 Crescent Springs Pike, Covington, KY 41017.
