He is survived by: his children, Joseph Anthony Mandarino II, Victoria Mandarino, Melissa McLafferty and Brielle Evans (Sean); his grandchildren, Jessica Stith (Chris), Michael McLafferty, Sheree McLafferty, Joseph Anthony Mandarino III, Brody Mandarino, Trenden Evans and Tegan Evans; his great grandchildren, Sophia Stith and Elijah Stith; and his stepchildren, Tami Arnold, Greg Davidson and Reca Brown.
Due to COVID-19 to protect the wellness of family and friends, services will be held private to the convenience of the family.
