He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgetta Palmer and Franklin Palmer; and his sister Patricia Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Sue Palmer of Ludlow; his children, Jesse Palmer of Crittenden, Jason Palmer of Crescent Springs and Jennifer Palmer of Ludlow; his brother Michael Palmer (Kathy) of Bromley; and his grandson CJ Palmer.
