He is survived by: his wife Linda Waltz Patrick of Ludlow, Kentucky; and his children, Donnie Patrick (Elizabeth) of Covington, Adam Trimpe of Shepherdsville, Kentucky and Kellie Lunsford (Ronald) of Ludlow, Kentucky. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
