She was predeceased by: her father Paul D. Seibert, Sr.; and her brother Charles "Chip" Seibert. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Long (Sarah) of Florence, Shawna Carroll (Phil) of Falmouth, Bobbi Graham of Ludlow and Zachary Carroll of Falmouth; her mother Carolyn Seibert of Ludlow; and her siblings, Paula Chalfant of Villa Hills and Paul "David" Seibert, Jr. (Chandra) of Ft. Thomas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St Boniface and James Alter Society.
