He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Abigail Lewis (David Fouts) and Eric Lewis (Felicity); his granddaughters, Iris Lewis-Fouts and Delilah Lewis; his mother LaNelle Spalding Lewis; his siblings, Donnie Lewis (Debbie), David Lewis (Wendy) and Kathy Tillman (Mallory); and his former wife Kimberly Miller Bailey (Terrence). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pearson's (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
