It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Gayle (Ramsey Southeast) Johnson (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lisa Gayle may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her son Cameron Johnson; her granddaughter Camryn Johnson; her mother Anna Jean Ramsey; her close friend Courtney Montgomery; and her siblings, Dedra Daugherty, Tanya Daugherty-Hyde, Antoinette Daugherty and Nia Bottoms. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stephen Church (1018 S 15th St, Louisville, KY 40210). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
