He is survived by: his children, Dianna Oak of Carrollton, KY, Tabitha Chandler (Rocky) of Carrollton, KY, John Matthew Oak of Shelbyville, KY and Joshua A. Oak of Carrollton, KY; and his siblings, Evelyn Oak of Carrollton, KY, Cindy Oak of Carrollton, KY, Gerald Oak of Ghent, KY, Jimmy Powers of Monterey, KY., Barbara Woods, Edith Furnish, Shirley Powers, Christine Oak, Pauline Oak, Ann Hester, Donald Oak, James Ray Oak, Charlie Oak and Robert Elwood Oak. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Valley Christian Church (817 11th St, Carrollton, KY 41008). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
