She is survived by: her husband Mark Horn; her sons, Austin Horn of Salvisa, KY. and Peyton Horn of Salvisa, KY.; her sister Laura Hall of Ashland, KY.; and her nieces, Madison Hall of Louisville, KY, Emma Hall of Ashland, KY and Erinne Horn of Louisa, KY..
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1270 KY-2565, Louisa, KY 41230). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Buchanan Chapel Cemetery.
